The MidCity Los Angles Native artist who has carved his acclaim in the graffiti artist/Writers’s history and Hall of Fame, by being an influence and mentor of the art form. His mid-80’s contributions to the development of the aerosal muralist and layout aspects of the Los Angeles Graff style, stood to inspire the ones more focused on enhancing they’re craft.
Mark 7 has been an active member of L.A.’s underground scene since the mid-80’s, working to preserve the integrity of the Hip-Hop culture as well as support the evolution of the mixed medium techniques of the Aerosol Art movement. This has eraned him a place in the Getty Research Institutes “L.A. Liber Amicorum” project, ESMOA “Scratch” exhibit also in The California African Amrican Art Museum ” Flash Tag” mural exhibit.
